Omar Dawood
Dr. Omar Dawood is a pediatric cancer survivor, physician, and digital health pioneer with a distinguished background in commercial strategy and clinical leadership. With experience at companies like BetterUp, Calm, and Ginger (now Headspace). Omar has driven sales, clinical excellence, and organizational growth. Omar holds a B.A. in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.P.H. with concentration in cancer epidemiology from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.D. from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He has been honored as both a Howard Hughes and a National Cancer Institute Research Scholar and was named the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society 2010 Silicon Valley Man of the Year for his leadership of national fundraising efforts supporting cancer research. With a passion for driving positive change, Omar brings a unique blend of expertise and leadership to Huddle Up, empowering teams to make a meaningful impact in growth, development and mental health of children and adolescents.
Rachel Mack Robinson

Rachel Mack Robinson
Rachel Mack Robinson is a third generation entrepreneur and founded Huddle Up in 2015 as a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist. Robinson’s background in pediatric therapy exposed her to the need for innovation in the K-12 space leading to Huddle Up’s unique model. She holds a M.S in Communication Sciences and Disorders and is dedicated to building a company, schools want to work with and therapists want to work for. She has received awards such as Inc Magazine’s 30 under 30, has been inducted into Missouri State’s Public Affairs Hall of Fame, and received a Stevie Award for “Most Innovative Women in Business for Healthcare”. She is passionate about building a strong work culture and using innovation for the betterment of our communities. Personally, she is an animal lover who enjoys hiking and camping in Colorado or visiting her extended family in Australia.

Chase Stiffler officially joined Huddle Up in 2024 to lead financial strategy and operations. Prior to this, he had worked closely with the business during his tenure at New Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where Chase oversaw the firm’s investment in Huddle Up. At NCP, Chase was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing on prospective investments, as well as working with NCP’s portfolio companies on strategic initiatives to accelerate growth. In his free time, Chase is an avid golfer and loves to travel.
Nicola Kamath

Nicola Kamath
Nicola Kamath is a passionate mental health advocate and seasoned executive with decades of experience leading interdisciplinary growth marketing and product teams in healthcare and technology ecosystems. Nicola held leadership roles in notable high-growth digital health companies, most recently Ginger (now Headspace), as well as Quartet Behavioral Health, Castlight, Simplee (now Flywire), and Phreesia, as well as renowned tech giants such as Microsoft and Amazon. Nicola holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign and an MBA with a focus in Healthcare from Columbia University. Nicola has also contributed her expertise as an advisor for Stanford Brainstorm Labs, the American Psychiatric Association, Big Health, Meru Health, Tono Health, and her local Mental Health Youth Advisory Board. Nicola is a proud PTA, baseball and Girl Scout mom, serving on her local school’s events committee and Little League board.

Jason Taylor is an experienced Client Success executive who works collaboratively with internal leaders to ensure organizations adopt and execute with a client-first mindset. Jason joined Huddle Up in 2024 after spending the prior 12+ years building and leading high performing Client Success teams in pioneering healthcare organizations, specifically in the healthcare navigation and teletherapy verticals. He is an avid sports fan, a cinema buff, an enthusiastic traveler, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Kayla fosters teamwork and trust, involving team members in decision-making processes and encouraging them to identify challenges collectively and develop innovative solutions. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys crime novels and outdoor adventures with her husband and three rescue animals.

Shelley O’Donnell brings over 15+ years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a commitment to leadership and open communication. In addition to leading the clinical team, Shelley works cross functionally to establish service delivery workflows focused on providing the highest quality of care to children and adolescents. In her free time, Shelley enjoys traveling, especially cruising, with her husband and two children.

Lidiette Hamilton brings a strong foundation in clinical operations and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care within our organization. She currently leads and supports Huddle Up’s clinical team by maintaining oversight of service delivery workflows, ensuring compliance and driving success with our customers. Lidiette also collaborates cross-functionally to develop clinical practices in a scalable manner and to optimize the allocation of clinical resources. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking with new ingredients and recipes.
