Impact across America
Huddle Up serves hundreds of school districts and millions of students across the country. Providers at Huddle Up have the privilege of serving students in some of the most difficult areas to access care, as well as some of the highest need.
A team culture to support your professional growth.
Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career. Huddle Up’s team-based approach offers a variety of opportunities to use your specialty skills, and receive mentorship, support, training and development. You’re no longer alone providing care; there’s a team behind you.
Supercharge your capabilities.
We use smart technology to deliver virtual care, which means more care to more students. Our technology also includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, and lift the burden off providers, too.
Flexible to your needs
We offer the opportunity to work within a range of hours that changes over time, to flex to the stage of your career and life. We also offer the benefit and efficiency of working from home, along with the option to do site visits at schools, too.
Premium pay and benefits
We pay a competitive hourly rate and cover both direct and indirect service time. All our providers are W2 hourly employees and qualify for medical, dental, and 401K benefits upon working 30 hours or more.
Therapist-founded company
As a therapist-founded company, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care and a collaborative, supportive environment for our therapists.
Our mission
To improve the growth, development, and mental health of all children by empowering their communities to participate in care.
Our values
We embody a culture anchored in accountability, empathy, innovation, respect, student-centricity, and humility, guiding our every action and decision-making process.
